 Payment Milestone Policy

To make high-end art more accessible, I utilize a three-stage payment schedule. This allows us to check in at key points of the process and ensures you are invested in the portrait as it comes to life."

• Milestone 1: The Booking Retainer (25%)

  • Due immediately to secure your spot in my queue. This covers administrative setup and initial composition sketches. Non-refundable.

  • Milestone 2: The Progress Payment (50%)

    
    

    • Due once the 'underpainting' or initial high-contrast map is complete. This covers the bulk of the intensive rendering time.

    • Milestone 3: The Final Delivery (25%)

      
      

      • Due within 7 days of the painting completion.
